Gunter Egghe is the Commercial Director at Arcadis Belgium since 2020. With his experience in the construction industry, he leads the commercial, tender, back-office, and marketing teams, effectively managing all commercial activities for the company. Gunter is known for his expertise in developing and implementing commercial strategies, optimizing processes and systems, and achieving commercial targets. He is a skilled negotiator and collaborator, with a track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders and especially in PPP-projects. Prior to his role at Arcadis, Gunter held positions as the Commercial Director for BESIX, Vice President of the Board at AHQ, and Commercial Manager at Grontmij.
